Under the Full Service Turnkey Solution, J&D Solutions owns and operates ATMs and pays the merchant “rent” or a commission in exchange for the space required for placing an ATM. Owning and operating an ATM requires an initial cash investment for ATM equipment, vault cash, supplies and installment costs.

J&D Solutions will pay the initial investment and load vault cash, provide maintenance, monitor ATM activity, and ensure compliance with the rapidly changing regulatory environment. Also, the risk of ownership would be assumed by us. Merchants, under this scenario, would simply receive “rent” on a daily or monthly basis. Surcharge rates, physical ATM location and placement of ATM signage would be agreed upon by the merchant and J&D Solutions.
