J&D Solutions would provide processing services, technical services, and access to free web-based monitoring and reporting software. J&D Solutions does not charge merchants a Processing fee for providing such services, unlike most deployers.

J&D Solutions would assist the merchant in achieving compliance with regulatory requirements such as RegE Claims (process to identify valid claims for lost cash transactions at an ATM), Triple DES, ADA, and the Patriot Act. Direct costs of compliance are paid by the merchant as the owner of the ATM.
